As a native North Carolinian, and a resident of New Hanover County since 1975, I have seen tremendous changes in the area. After graduating with a BA in History from UNC-Wilmington in 1984, I continued my life here as a business owner and entrepreneur and solidified my roots in this coastal community.
Real estate was a new venture in 1984 and after 20 years in the business, I still find it very satisfying and rewarding being able to personally assist my customers in finding out the specific nuances we have to offer that will satisfy each client’s needs.
Over the years, I have worked hard to continue to stay atop the trends of our local market. I have several designations and am always looking for opportunities to continue my education as a real estate specialist.
